Some regular queries

1) What is group personal training?

Group personal training is your affordable alternative to one-to-one training with all the same benefits and results.

2) I’ve not exercised for a long time – is it still ok for me to join Uni Fit and exercise?

Uni Fit is designed to suit all fitness levels, whether you take part in regular fitness activities or have not done anything for years. Uni Fit will ease you in gently and make sure you progress at your own speed to achieve results. A full health assessment is carried out before your first session and where necessary authorization from a doctor may be required before you can train to ensure your health and safety.

3) I have had back and knee injuries in the past – will this stop me from taking part?

No, not at all. Having a fully qualified personal trainer on hand means that exercises can be adapted to suit your specific needs and ensure you still get a great workout. Uni Fit is aimed at improving your posture, core stability and well being for a healthier life.

4) When and where do the sessions take place?

5) How much does it cost?

Uni Fit isn’t a simple pay as you go fitness class, we don’t believe these are the best way to get results. At Uni Fit you pay a set monthly price based on the number of sessions you can attend each week. See the packages section for more info.

6) How do I pay?

Uni Fit is all set up and paid for on a month to month standing order so there’s no need to search for change every week. Your up-front commitment each month will help drive you on and motivate you to attend sessions.

7) Is there a long term contract to sign up to?

Not at all. Uni Fit is a 4 week, rolling monthly membership with no long term contract. All we ask is that you give a minimum 2 weeks’ notice to cancel your membership.
